SENIOR DEVELOPMENT COST MANAGER

Trey Tan serves as ELK Development's Senior Development Cost Manager, bridging the gap between finance, construction cost management, and accounting.

Before joining ELK Development, Trey was part of an award-winning Cost Management firm, Turton Bond, where he served as Cost Manager covering residential, retail, and data centers in Southern California. Throughout his career, Trey has been involved in construction projects both from the ground up and tenant improvement, ranging from pre-acquisition stage through post-completion.

Prior to Cost Management, Trey was a Cost Estimator for a General Contractor, where he helped the company secure projects spanning from $15M - $225M in the hospitality, education, and transportation sectors.

Trey holds a Bachelor’s in Construction Management and a Master of Science in Construction Project Management from Arizona State University.
