STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Before joining ELK Development, Stanley worked in the Bellagio as a Pit Clerk handling multiple transactions and providing accurate and detailed work. Throughout his time there, Stanley would issue Markers, which were considered loans to customers. He also worked in the casino providing quality and high performing service to the guests with five star service. He was also responsible for inputting club rewards for several of the players in the casino.

At the same time, Stanley held the role of treasurer in the Eta Sigma Delta Club, working with a budget and making sure that costs were organized properly. Stanley was also responsible for ensuring that events were done properly as the club only held students with GPAs of 3.5 and above.

Further, Stanley spent time working in Commercial Real Estate where he handled collecting and tracking rents, as well as helping with the
operations of property management, often overseeing 20 properties and keeping track of the property receivables and records for up to 1000 tenants. Stanley has spent time training property managers on the basics of Yardi and helping them understand how to input rent checks and records properly in the system.

Stanley studied at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Major in Hospitality Management where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He has also obtained a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of San Diego where he graduated Cum Laude as well.
